About Us

 The “Friends” group aim is to support the staff at Churston Library(Torbay) and to provide extra requirements not covered by the local authority. We organise coffee mornings and day trips throughout the year to raise funds which can be used to improve the library facilities

Membership is £5:00 per year, (join now and enjoy membership untill end of March 2025). Current Cards are available in the Library

Membership also includes a discount card so you can get 5 concessions at the library for

The Library has many activities including Music, Lego Club, Knit and Chat, Scrabble, Computer Buddies and Ukelele

In School holidays there are themed craft events and also the Summer Reading challenge
